We offer exchange only and do not accept returns or issue refunds for online and in store purchases. Some conditions may apply:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective or damage item, merchandise can be sent back to our store for exchange only within 15 days. A flat fee will be charged which includes a return label, and a label for the exchanged item. Please note that this only applies to non final sale items and that are non customized. Please see below our policy for customization and personalized orders.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels included.
We will not accept exchanges nor returns of items not initially purchased from our online store www.canadiensboutique.com, items not directly purchased from our local store, all customizations and personalized products including jerseys and shirts, or items that have been worn, altered or laundered.
Please provide a detailed explanation for the exchange by contacting us at email@example.com or directly at our store 514-874-0601 (Montreal Area) 1-800-983-6785. Once the exchange is authorized, we will require shipping address and contact information and shipping charges paid in full by the customer for the replacement. Please note that all shipping charges for both returning the item and sending the replacement, are subject to client's expense. However, in the event that the item received is defective or damaged, please provide a detailed explanation, with your order number, contact information, and images of the product by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of purchase. If the item is approved as defective or damaged, our team will provide a prepaid return label to your email. Please send the item back to our address and our team will be happy to arrange for the replacement at no additional cost. This offer will be valid for 30 days after approval of the request. If we do not receive the defective or damaged item within the 30 days timeframe, the exchange will no longer be valid. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, it must be sent back to our store address only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100 at your own expense, we ask to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In Store Exhange
To complete your exchange directly at our store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with two pieces of ID to match your information.
Order Cancellation Request
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel your order at anytime by sending us a cancellation request to email@example.com.
Late or Missing Refund Amount (if applicable)
If you have been authorized for payment refund and have not received the refund amount yet, please check with your bank or by contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After contacting your bank and credit card company and no refunds are shown in your bank account please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customization and Personalized Orders
All customization and personalized orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Letters and numbers: Names are to be within 12 characters long, and maximum of two numbers can be used. Names and numbers submitted are reviewed by our team for final approval.
