How do I start earning Fan Rewards?

You can start earning Fan Rewards when you make an eligible purchase on this site or at our store location. Before earning points you will need to create an account using a valid email address. You can start earning Fan Rewards points on eligible purchases, or commit to any incentives listed on "Ways to Earn" above, when you are logged in to your account using the same email address. Points will be collected on purchases once account holder is registered in our Fan Rewards programs. Must be at legal age. Points cannot be transferred to anyone and may only be used by you with your account.

How are Fan Rewards Earned and Redeemed?

Must be logged in to your rewards account. Fan Reward points will be credited after eligible purchases on this site or at our store location, or commit to any incentives listed on "Ways to Earn" above when you are logged in to your account using the same email address. Points are issued on the net pre-tax purchase total of eligible products which excludes purchase of gift cards, cash back, shipping fees, all purchases made through non-participating 3rd party operations, any products that may not legally be offered in connection with our Fan Rewards program. You cannot earn Fan Rewards points on previous orders that points were not use or earned for any reason, or on orders that are cancelled or returned. Fan Rewards points can be redeemed in this site or at our store location.

How do I use Fan Rewards points?

When you're ready to check out, log in with the same email address and password you used to create your account. You can choose to apply your existing Fan Rewards points to your order, which will be deducted from your subtotal during checkout. If you decide not to use the points, you can save your Fan Rewards for a future purchase. Keep in mind that Fan Rewards cannot be applied to shipping or taxes. Always remember that you must be logged in with the same email address to use your points at all times. If used at our store location, please provide store with your email to use or redeem your Fan Rewards points.

Does the Fan Rewards points Expire?

Fan Rewards points earned from an eligible purchase or qualifying transaction will expire at 11:59 PM EST, one year (1 year) from the date of that transaction. However, any subsequent eligible purchases or qualifying transactions made will extend the expiration date for your account. Suppose you earned $5.00 in Fan Reward points from a purchase made on January 9th, 2023, and made another eligible purchase on December 19, 2023, the expiration date for your initial $5.00 will be extended to 11:59 PM EST on December 19, 2024.

Can Fan Rewards be used on Returns, Cancellations or Previous Orders?

No, Fan Rewards points cannot be earned on past orders, cancellations, or returns. If you cancel a purchase or return an item that earned you Fan Rewards points, those points will be deducted from your balance.

Are there any fees in using the Fan Rewards program?

No. It is free to join the program and no fees to earn or use the Fan Reward points
