Alex "Ovi" Ovechkin is widely recognized as one of the greatest goal scorers ever. He is second to only Wayne Gretzky in all-time scoring, and holds the most power play goals, away game goals, and most goals with the same team in NHL history. In his 2015-16 campaign with the Washington Capitals, Ovechkin broke the record for most goals scored by a Russian hockey player.
