We accept returns for damaged or defective items only and we will cover all shipping fees. For all other returns, we offer exchanges/store credit within 15 days after receiving the item. Due to the nature of our business, exchange is only offered to a Canadian address at this time. For exchange orders, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will cover the cost to ship your new product after we receive your return.
