Return Policy

We accept returns for damaged or defective items only and we will cover all shipping fees. For all other returns, we offer exchanges/store credit within 15 days after receiving the item. Due to the nature of our business, exchange is only offered to a Canadian address at this time. For exchange orders, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will cover the cost to ship your new product after we receive your return.

All custom products, including personalized jerseys, are final sale. No exchanges or returns. Please consult our return policy for more details.

Please note that processing time for all customization orders are prepared within 10-15 business days. Customization includes Pro-Stitched sewn name and number, as well as the optional lettering in front of jersey.

As this item is custom-made, changes or cancellations cannot be processed after the order is placed. Recipient Name has a 12 character limit.

We reserve the right to deny any customization request such as exceeding character limits or any violation, will result in a refund of payment.

Personalized jerseys cannot be returned. All sales are final.
